Brush & Spring

These OEM replacement carbon brushes are sold as a pair and include a coiled spring attached. These brush and spring assemblies are what deliver power to a rotary tool armature. The spring transfers power and helps to secure the brush tightly in place. These brushes are in constant contact with the armature, which causes them to wear over time, and is the reason you should also inspect the armature regularly as well. If the tool is overloaded this can also cause the springs to burn. When performing this repair, be careful not to over-tighten the brush caps because they can crack.

This is an authentic metal mounting bracket for a dishwasher, sold individually. The purpose of this part is to secure the top of the dishwasher to the bottom of your counter. If there is no way to mount the dishwasher to the countertop itself, this bracket can also be used to mount a dishwasher onto the side of the cabinet. Over time this part will wear or damage, and this will cause the dishwasher to lose stability in the counter. Please note that the dishwasher will need to be moved out of the cabinet to install this part.

Adjustable Tine Row Clip

This part is a replacement tine row clip for your dishwasher. The tine row clip is adjustable, and it fits onto your dishrack to holds the tines into place. If your dishrack tine rows will not stay in position, you could have one or more broken tine clips. To replace a tine row clip, simply snap the old tine row clip out, and replace it with the new clip. This part is made of gray plastic and is approximately one inch long and half an inch wide. This part is sold individually, so it is a good idea to check all of your tine row clips to determine if more than one are broken.

Shaft Lock Assembly

This lock assembly includes one collar and one pin. It assists in locking the spindle shift. Over time, the pin can deteriorate, which results in it slipping. The retainer can also break. For this repair, start by removing the collet and collet nut, followed by the collar on the front of the tool. You will then need to disassemble the housing. You will now need to lift the motor and switch assembly out of the housing. The lock pin and retainer are located at the front of the housing and will need to be removed. The new lock can now be installed inside the tool.
