When starting cycle, after sensing, the agitator loves for a second then says wash complete. This happens within one minute. No code is thrown. We are already determined nothing is stuck or clogged.

Hello Mirko, thank you for contacting us. We would recommend checking the lid lock switch, part number FIX12730859, and switch, part number FIX12348295. If this does not help, the electronic control board, part number FIX12745529, is probably faulty. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order, anyone will be happy to assist you. We hope that helps.
My washer senses on every cycle for about a minute then doesn't do anything and says cycle complete. Lid locks and bottom agitates but no water or anything else.

Hello Heather, thank you for reaching out to Fix. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would recommend checking the touchpad and control panel, part number FIX16221059. It processes the cycle settings. We hope this solves your problem!
Pushed in on door strike and rotated it counterclockwise, removed broken strike and installed new strike. NOTE: when removing the old strike (turning counterclockwise) it felt like it might break and/or was attached with an screw that I didn't see but it came right out.
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
Super easy repair, simply turn the broken door strike counterclockwise to remove; insert the new door strike into the slots and turn clockwise to lock into place.
