Took shelving out of freezer removed panel. Took second panel
out and removed motor. Whole repair took 45 minutes. Works perfect

Refrigerator was freezing all contents
After waiting 6 weeks for a repair company to get the part, I ordered it from you and got it within days. The first company I had never heard of the problem. The second company stalled as said they could not get part. I got the part quickly from you, and I had another repair company do the damper installation which was done quickly. And n ow after 2 months of having only a freezer, not a refrigerator, I am thrilled.
